Hydrophilic high molecular weight copolymer containing pigment-affinity groups, nonionic.

Specification:

Application System:

• Water-based coatings, water-based inks, and water-based color pastes
• Surface modification of organic pigments. Modified pigments are used in water-based inks, coatings, and color pastes.

 Property:

• Prevent pigment flocculation and increase system storage stability.
• Improve gloss, tinting strength and reduce viscosity.
• Especially suitable for dispersion of organic pigments yellow, red and phthalocyanine blue.
• Does not contain alkylphenol polyoxyethylene ether.

Suggest addition:

Organic pigments yellow/ red 12-20%

Phthalocyanine blue/green 15-25%

-Water-based ink, coating, color paste: First dissolve the dispersant completely in the grinding medium, then add the pigment to grind.

-Organic pigments: Add before filtering the pigment, or add when pulping the pigment filter cake after washing.
