Solvent-based

Properties:

• Compared with ordinary polyester modified silicone, it can strongly reduce the surface tension of solvent-based coating systems and effectively prevent shrinkage cavities.
• Compared with polyether modified silicone, it is unstable in foaming and has excellent defoaming performance, which can effectively prevent the generation of “dark foam” on the surface of polyurethane glossy topcoat.
• Reduce the friction coefficient of the paint film surface, increase the slippery performance, and improve the anti-scratch ability.
• Improve gloss.
• Suitable for high-temperature baking paint system, good recoatability, does not affect the adhesion between layers.

Incorporation:

Pre-diluted with the solvent of the coating system and added for easy mixing, post-addition is possible.

Suggest addition:

Addition to total formulation 0.1-0.5%
