SINOMER® UVP 4201 is a 2-functional polyester acrylate with curing speed fast, surface-dry easily, good tenacity, good adhesion, performance as good as TPGDA, flexibility and dry faster than TPGDA,With Epoxy Acrylate Resin or TMPTA used together better performance, good compatibility with pigments. Bamboo-Wood Surface paint, improve adhesion, enhance film toughness, and conducive to extinction, recommended dosage: 10% -20%.Used in screen printing ink, can separate out the grain.

Coating Process:
Wooden board sanding → roller primer (20g/m2) → UV curing (120W/cm) → sanding →Roller and cure second and third coats of primer
